Textiva Terms of Service
Last updated: October 2026 · Governing all usage of textiva.site
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Textiva (https://textiva.site), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of the site immediately.
2. Permitted Use & Local Processing
Textiva provides browser-based text transformation, analysis, comparison, counting, and cleaning tools free of charge for personal, educational, research, and commercial purposes. Because all processing executes locally in your browser:
- You retain complete ownership, copyright, and confidentiality over all input text and generated output.
- Textiva acquires no intellectual property rights or licenses over any text processed through our tools.
- You are responsible for ensuring that your input text does not infringe on third-party intellectual property or violate applicable local laws.
3. Disclaimer of Warranties
Textiva and all its utilities are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While our deterministic algorithms are rigorously tested against Unicode, edge cases, and golden test sets:
- We do not guarantee that every tool will be 100% error-free or uninterrupted across all hardware configurations.
- Readability scores (Flesch, Fog, SMOG) and writing indicators are statistical heuristics and should not replace professional editorial or legal review.
- Citation formatters format user-provided strings according to standard style syntax rules (APA, MLA, etc.) but do not verify the factual authenticity of sources.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Textiva, its authors, or contributors be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use this platform, including loss of data, formatting discrepancies, or reliance on analytical outputs.
5. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of Textiva following any published modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
